Last verified is the date this site checked the linked source. Last updated on a page changes only when that page's content materially changed. A source's published date stays with the original document.

How approximate dates are labelled

  • Confirmed date. A completed fact or a dated official action, such as an opening or a tender close.
  • Official target. A date published by a government agency or official project owner. Treat it as a target, not a completed fact.
  • Indicative horizon. A planning horizon or approximate period. It is useful for sequence, not for an exact year.
